Terms of Service

Streamer-Finder is a marketplace for ordering promotion campaigns across supported social platforms. Orders are fulfilled through automated delivery routes or, for certain services, human/creator-powered placements, as described on each service.

• •You must provide accurate information about the content or profile you want promoted.
• •You are responsible for ensuring the content you submit for promotion is lawful and belongs to you or that you have rights to promote it.
• •You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

When you configure a campaign, you select a platform, a target link, a service, a target quantity, a Campaign Quality option (where offered), an audience, and a delivery speed. Pricing and available options for each service are shown in the campaign builder and reflect the actual catalog at the time of order.

See our Acceptable Use Policy for a full list of prohibited activities. In summary, you may not use Streamer-Finder for illegal campaigns, fraud, impersonation, or any activity that violates the terms of the platform being promoted.

Each social platform (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and others we may add) has its own terms of service and monetization policies. It is your responsibility to understand how promotion may interact with those policies. Streamer-Finder does not control, and is not responsible for, decisions made by third-party platforms regarding your account.

Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider. All prices are shown before checkout in the currency displayed. Orders are not placed until payment is confirmed.

Orders are routed to the fulfillment method described for the selected service. Delivery speed and promotion period reflect the active campaign window, not a guarantee of results — actual results may vary based on audience, content, competition, and platform delivery.

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streamer-Finder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace, including changes made by third-party platforms to your account or content. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@mail.streamer-finder.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
